Evidence gathered on investigations are the joint copyright and ownership of PSI and the individual investigator.
All copy on this website is the intellectual property of PSI and should not be reproduced without permission.
Public Liability Insurance
PSI holds public liability insurance for all investigations and events conducted, up to the limit of one million pounds.
Risk Assessment
A risk assessment is regularly completed in line with the terms of PSI's insurance policy.
Liability Release
All members at PSI events are required to sign a disclaimer releasing PSI and the venue from all liability.
Police Notification
PSI notifies the police and relevant local authorities of investigations where appropriate.
